Each room is furnished with cupboards, shelves, desk lights & ceiling fans.
Power sockets and internet access (via ethernet cable) available.
Fridge may be installed at a fee.
Communal toilets at each level
Gender segregated by levels, guys will generally take the lower levels of each block.
All levels are serviced by lifts.

A Brief History
Hall 3 is one of the older Halls of NTU with a rich tradition and history.
It was originally located next to Hall 7 at Nanyang Link. In 2004, Hall 3 was relocated to its current location at 52 Nanyang Walk to accommodate the construction of newer academic buildings.
In 2010, Hall 3 was used to host the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (YOG) village.
Crest and Logo
The crest features an armored winged lion, combining the attributes of a lion and an eagle to symbolize the strength, courage, and wisdom of Hall 3's residents.
The lion's design highlights its power, speed, cunning, and wisdom, while the eagle's wings represent courage.
The armor is adorned with three octagons and three vertical stripes in 'black-blue-black,' representing the three blocks of the Hall and its colors, respectively, signifying the armor as a protective shield for the Hall.
